What To Expect
Patients tend to feel more at ease when they know what to expect ahead of time. Here is an outline of what we do as primary care providers in Fredericksburg.
Come in for a consultation with one of our caring doctors. If we can proceed that same day with the treatment, we can apply the cost of your consultation towards it.
No matter what the type of symptoms are, we will have a solution to treat them. We will answer any questions you may have and lend you any support you need.
If you need to have a follow-up appointment to make sure the treatment has worked or is working, we will schedule you to come back at a day and time that work best for you.
Primary Care Concerns
To claim a spot for an in-person appointment, please fill out our online form or give us a call.
There is plenty of free parking available when you come in to see our primary care providers in Fredericksburg.
Remember to have your insurance card and either a state-issued or nationally issued I.D. with you and a payment method for your co-pay. If this is your first visit to our center, it would be a good idea to also bring a physical copy of your past medical records and your prescribed and non-prescribed (OTC) medications. We also encourage you to bring any CT scan or x-ray results with you if they are appropriate for the reason of your appointment.
We are open during business hours on weekdays, so you do need an appointment to come in. This allows our team to make the appropriate preparations for your treatment.
No, our online Virtual Tool is there to give you guidance on causes of your problems. Our online Virtual Tool does not intend to be an all-encompassing treatment expert. We will need to see you in person to diagnose your symptoms properly.
We recommend checking your insurance coverage before your appointment, although we do accept most plans. If appropriate, patients can utilize Care Credit to help with their medical expenses.
